Fujitsu Trailblazer Award

The Fujitsu Trailblazer Award recognizes two outstanding Pre-K through 6th-grade Richardson ISD teacher or LITE who inspires students through engaging instruction, fosters creativity, builds academic and technological skills, and sparks a love for learning. Each Trailblazer Award recipient will receive a $5,000 personal award from Fujitsu.

Eligibility Requirements

We are looking for educators who:

• Creatively use technology in their teaching.

• Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving through innovative questioning.

• Motivate and engage students in learning, especially in STEM fields.

• Are in good standing with the district, with no active disciplinary actions.

Educators interested in the Fujitsu Trailblazer Award must complete the application for themselves. A recommendation from your campus principal is required.
